Group B: I have NEVER submitted an application to EnviroCert. Select the “Create new profile” link in the left navigation menu on this page. Fill out the required information and click the “Register” button to create your new candidate profile. (This automatically logs you into your new account.) Note the email address and password you provided. (You will need this information to log in the next time.) Group C: I AM a certificate holder and/or have submitted a paper application to EnviroCert in the past. I DO know my email address that EnviroCert has on file (previously submitted via paper application). I do NOT know my password. Select the “Reset password” link in the left navigation menu on this page. Enter your email address (on file at EnviroCert) in the “User Name” field. Click the “Reset Password” button. Notice the displayed message: If it says “That user name could not be found”, then repeat steps 1-3 OR move to instructions for Group D. If it says “Your new password has been sent to…”, then proceed to step 5. Check your email messages for the most recent email with the subject “Password Reset Notification”. (Make sure you are checking the same email account as the one you provided.) Open this email and click the “here” link in the email body. (This opens the “Change Password” page in a new browser window.) Choose a password, and enter the same value in each of the two required text fields. Then click the “Change Password and ” button. (Your new password must meet the listed password requirements.) Note the email address and password you provided. (You will need this information to log in the next time.) Group D: I AM a certificate holder and/or have submitted a paper application to EnviroCert in the past. I do NOT know my email address that EnviroCert has on file (previously submitted via paper application). I do NOT know my password. Contact EnviroCert to determine the following: Do you have an existing candidate profile in the system? If no, follow the instructions under Group B. If yes, determine the answer to the next question. What is the username on your existing profile? (If your username does not match your current email address, then EnviroCert will need to update this for you before proceeding.) Follow the instructions under Group C to reset your password.
